“Free game”
Years ago this game used to be fun. Now it's all about buying chips and you lose them twice as fast. There's no more fun element of building up chips. You lose most of the time and ever since clubs were introduced, the slots are simply making you lose time after time to buy more to make it “competitive”. The amount of people who complain about it in chat says all.. such unfortunate for a game that used to be great one day.

I am a tier 14 VIP on Jackpot magic and a tier 15.5 on this one. That used to mean something, not as much as it should or you get promised, however recently this has changed. VIP support simply ignores your emails. It's been a week since I have been waiting on this latest support ticket with no response. When or if I do get a response, it's 50/50 that the rep will either only half do their job or not at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR GAMES

Watch out
I played this game for over five + years and one night I actually played and was able to accumulate over 355+ million coins. When I went to bed I still had over 340 million. I woke up and had 120k. When I reported it they said I needed to learn to control my gambling and then they banned me for a year without fixing the problem or letting me know before they did it. They also don't credit you all the time when you win the side games they were talking about. I would not recommend this app to anyone who values their rights and expects you to have your concerns addressed. They don't care about the players

No vip support
I have been writing in for over a week now. I am a VIP tier 11 and have only gotten emails back from them saying that VIP support will reply within 24 hours but it's been a week. I spend thousands of dollars on bfc to not get a response back especially when I get chips taken from my account and have technical issues that don't get fixed by BFC. I will no longer buy until bfc takes care of their VIP players
