Won't let me login. Everything was fine until for whatever reason, it won't email me or send me a text message so I can't login.

App is very slow

Literally the worst. There were multiple fraud activities. The card was blocked but still got a fraud activity. Resulted in me having to pay$100 for rent payment bouncing back.

Bilt app is a fraud app and they have miscellaneous fees that they hide and share only when you have made the rent transfer. Beware of this app!

That fee is to high to use the app some people might just have the exact amount then what we can pay rent with more late frees added SMH…..

For the past 3 months I was unable to pay through Rewards. Rewards told me it was an issue with my rental office. The rental office was able to show me it had nothing to do with the rental office. The first month I was forced to pay a late payment, along with a $10 cashiers' check fee from my bank, because of Rewards issues. Each time I payed my rent twice after, I incurred a $10 fee for more cashiers checks. I absolutely can't give them a glowing response because they haven't been able to add up and grow up!!

They don't process my rent request for 2 weeks, and no response to my concern on time, I was charge for late fees..!! Disappointed..

Baffling that this app has 4.9 stars when paging through the reviews most of them are terrible…one or 2 stars. They must be paying the people who write good reviews. So, I received hype from my building management about how great this app is-all those rewards! yada yada yada! All the great rewards must be going to the management company, because there doesn't appear to be any detailed info on the app about the amount of rewards you pay or how they translate into an actual benefit for ME. And, in general it seems that “awesome opportunities” like this with limited up front info and non existent customer service are not about benefits to the end user but rather $$ for the developers and the stake holders, ie in this case the management companies. So, Bilt: 1. How much are you paying my management company for convincing tenants to use your app? 2. How can I access the details on your agreement with my management company? 3.How did you manage to get 4.9 stars for an app that has so many 1 star reviews? Can you now pay for high star ratings? And your 5 star reviews sound a little too wonderful to be genuine…. 5. And about Customer Service…does one have to write a one star review to get help? Because there doesn't appear to be any other way to get your attention. ♦️(Read your reviews) ♦️ After setting up the app and giving you permission to access my bank account, I can't sign on, it simply locks up without texting or emailing a verification number. I'm not having that problem with other apps, so it must be on your end. So people, read this large print: DON'T USE THIS APP!

Need to be able to use Visa Debt Card
