I've deleted initial comment. The issue may be in the count of days, I count 1 day as being 24hrs passed not upon installation. 6 days on my count, 7 on other. I don't even know why I need a VPN, I don't use free wi-fi, I saw buzzword(s) 'safer search' and said yes to a trial period. So in essence, I lost my $50, Bd didn't steal it. Disobeying an admin's uninstall command...? That's intolerable, not even Trend pulled that on me, and that's primarily why I can't use this service.

First of all, the network scan does not detect other devices connected to the network than those on which the Bitdefender product is installed. Stupid enough that you can't figure out what other devices are connected to Wi-Fi

Held against my will!
I find it extremely irritating when an app holds me captive and freezes my computer screen. While looking at the iPad application, a pop up inquiry requesting a review and star allocation for the application. The application demanded the response, as I could not clear the request and continue my search in the application. I had to go to the Apple site and rate the application before I could move on. I regret that I had just renewed my contract.

Very satisfied with this Bitdefender app. I chose the one-year subscription on 5 devices, 2 computers, 1 tablet and 2 smartphones. I have just been warned of a blocked URL on one of the smartphones, risk of bank fraud, thank you Bitdefender!!

My subscription is valid for about 1 year until December. Now Bitdefender is trying to get me to pay again for 7 months with a trial subscription for 2 devices. Beware of Bitdefender, big scam. Switch providers.
