After several tests, I'm worried about my data. What for? Because the (new pin), written on the app, remotely, requested, via the Bitdefender account, is not immediately changed and saved, on (the lost device). This is a big security flaw, knowing that it is possible that the thief knows (the old PIN code, original). So, there is no guarantee that the latter will not be able to re-open the device and access the content. 😱🚨Please help!

I was locked for 8 days because of a code error on Bitdefender and now unlocked I have resumed for my VPN so best regards.

Find my device is using private homeowners wifi who neighbor with defense contractor as far as I can tell. If your router is in your bedroom but Bitdefender Central still shows your location as REDACTED suggests the app may not be prioritizing your Wi-Fi or GPS data correctly. It could be inaccurately using a stronger nearby signal or an outdated database, causing the incorrect location. This indicates a need for Bitdefender to refine the "find my device" feature to better use available data.

Purchased and got hacked
Purchased the whole suite a few months back and got hacked. Bitdefender still says everything is just peachy. Tried to call since none of their support topics are relevant to the issue and hung up after being on hold almost 40 minutes with no person answering the phone. Computer is now a paperweight and phone is incapable of loading much of anything.

The App Is Good, but The Snap Shot doesn't take after 3 Failed Attempts of Unclocking Mobile, it takes after like 7 seconds.

Account Issue
What happened to my account? My password does not work even after resetting it. I just purchased Bitdefender Premium Security with Premium VPN about 2 months ago (July 2024)!

Why can't I run remote commands from the app? It says subscription required to run commands. But I can do it from the website or phone browser though

Doesn’t work
Bitdefender Central just doesn't work. Says my devices are unprotected even though they have the Bitdefender products installed. I've tried restarting, manually turn the von off and back on. Waited for the remote to try and fix it. Nothing. Simply doesn't work
