DO NOT!!! I mean DO NOT use this platform guys! Customer support will just play with you! After giving them all the details of my lost deposit, they will not tell you the error of your submitted reqs until the end of the claim (22 working days) then they will find another STUPID error (not really that technical) just to delay more of your claim and frustrate the hell out of you and just finally give up due to frustrations! SHAME on these guys!!!

This app is becoming worse every day, can't even login anymore because the app could not allow me. Always saying low version, can't login with phone number nor email, don't send code , nothing is working in this app. Very bad experience I must confess.

I lost my google authentication key and I have face withdrawal issue I sent a mail to help centre to remove my authorisation use my other information but he told me There is no otherway to withdraw your funds without authorisation
