Bitrue will absolutely steal your money at any given opportunity! I forgot a memo tag on an XLM transfer of about $2,000 USD and for 3 months their customer service team (of two people) denied and lied about my ownership of my claim. After submitting countless screenshots and videos and documention to prove it was my deposit they finally said: Our Support Team is monitoring the situation. That was 6 weeks ago and ZERO communication since. 5 months later and 100'S of emails, nothing. BEWARE!!
