I loved the app, until one day I wanted to enter and it asked me to authenticate and I never activated that padlock, I wanted to enter through my email but I no longer have access I asked for support by sending my new email and they tell me that I must enter the previous one, I already emptied it but I do not receive any email to the one I have registered, Now I want to update the app but it is taking time to install it already made me desperate, what disappointment do I have my savings there and that I can't enter? Puff help

I lost my previous email if I asked to recover it and with it my Bitso account since they do not give me options to recover it in any other way, could someone help me please!

Bitso wants to keep your money
It is a problem to reset the password, tenuous dirty the face ID, it did not work and I was logged out, I reset the password and still it keeps appearing that my password is incorrect even when I copy and paste, take screenshot, write it down, I even got a notification in my mail saying that the password was changed correctly, PLEASE I NEED HELP

It doesn’t work if you’re in the US
I just downloaded this app and when I tried creating an account and it asked me for my country the US it wouldn't let me go any further but it would if I selected other countries it would.

The buying and selling is intuitive, I am trying to sell and the application does not leave and another thing that bothers is the commission, it is a choreo.I am thinking of leaving this app.
