I renewed my membership and I try to sign into my old account and I was unable to access it. I'm active but the app keeps wanted me to start a new account without showing my paid membership

Definitely need to check your algorithms. Paid for a one week elite membership and it kicks back on error, this is my 2nd attempt. The customer service is lacking also via email, it's easy and free to get a 1-800 number. After resolving this issues I'm deleting my membership. As black people we can and should be able to do much better. And levels to membership should not cost, certainly when you haven't received any great results.

Dec 3: The app shows the same people REPEATEDLY that you've declined, wasting my time. The push notifications of messages are often significantly delayed or don't work at all. Sometimes swiping right doesn't seem to register as they come up again sec later. ... Nov: The Queer stickers are inaccurate, such as agender is not the same as asexual. A lot of ignorance within the app itself and the people on there. If you want to be more accurately inclusive, I do consulting. Contact me.

sends me same profiles on interest; doesn't adhere to preference set in " my interest" repeats same profiles that are farthest away from me.

This App is a scam. You will not be granted full access even with payment. You will not see profiles or pictures that respond to you. No access to make any contact, even though payment has been made. No response to my email concerning technical issues. Big disappointment!
