the order has not been delivered. support is not responding
I placed an order through the app, but my order was not delivered. when I try to find my order by the order number, the service says that such a number does not exist. This is terrible customer service. I want my money back and I don't know how to do it.

App says I live in the UK so I can't put my address in as I live in the United States. Literally cannot order within the app

Sizes running out
Great app. Clothes are true to size, but my size runs out in jeans. They run out and it seems like they'll never have it restocked. Or the company doesn't let you know when they will be restocked.

I also have the problem that when favorites clothes an error message comes. Also, creating a return does not work via the app. There is still room for improvement. Then everything would be OK.
