Cant get past the add your bank account... I have no option to even delete my account because the screen to move forward is locked unless i input a checking account. I dont have to option to view or read anything...its just straight up hostage to adding my bank account. Disgusting if you ask me.

Do not sign up for membership.
I attempted to cancel my membership nearly a year ago, only to find out they switch the cancel button with “I've changed my mind” at the last moment. They've been taking money from my account for nearly a year without my consent, even after my brigit account stated that my bank account was not properly linked. What does this mean? They LIED and said they couldn't credit my account because the information was incorrect, but somehow had no problem stealing my money for the past 10 months. Will be filing a formal complaint with the state attorney general's office, as well as speaking to a legal team. Absolutely unacceptable.

They've been making my account overdraft They don't even take my deposit out on the day I get paid even tho it says the correct day they still withdraw and overdraft your account 2 days early before payday

Not approved despite meeting qualifications
This app has never worked for me properly no matter what job I've worked. Apparently having over $1K in the bank account like they want isn't enough to suffice…

First of all they only give me $50 which I get it . I have to build my way up to the $250 with my credit score and everything. But you can only get the cash advance if you pay for the membership which is $9.99 and if you want them to deposit the money to your account right away. You have to pay .99 and that's fine , it's the $9.99 membership fee that gets me. Which you can cancel anytime but in order to get the cash advance you need the membership so basically you let me borrow $50 and turn around and charge me 10.98 for it. So now I owe you $60.98 on $50 if that ain't robbery I don't know what is .on top of that they took the $9.99 at the worst possible time . The rich will stay rich and well the poor will remain poor
