I set up the sign in with my thumb print. Every time it always says my information is not recognized. When I do my password it does the same thing. I'm having to reset my password each time I need to sign in to make a payment.

Be weary of this credit card The owners are synchrony Bank... The most corrupt greed run company on Earth. For whatever reason their system could not process my payment and completely cut me off of my account. I rather borrow money from a gangster then from synchrony Bank.

I hate care credit.
The app is ok. It doesn't remind you to make a payment nor does it accept automatic payments. It's almost like they want you to miss your payments. And once you do, you can if it's just a couple of days (because that's literally all I've missed- a couple of days), they will reduce your credit line so that you're over the limit and they'll keep reducing it every month. This company is literally the worst and they're predators. There's NO reason to do this to customers that miss the payment date by TWO days. The rest of my credit with everyone else is spectacular and Care Credit is ruining my credit by doing this. They need to be fined for being the predators they are. Their name is a lie. Unless they're talking about themselves that they care about. It's not their customers that keep their business running. AWFUL COMPANY. RUN AWAY. CARE CREDIT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND SHUT DOWN AND FINED TO THE MAX!!!!

Works but it should have more info on account. When I make a payment I want to know how much credit availability I have. How long it takes to get the credit availability I had to call and wait in the phone for 45 minutes. The chat help was horrible. It told me I had to wait in queue but no one helped me then when I did get a person they told me I had to call for help.
