Good
Good but not great. Would like see stats on ship location and speed, more details on port times, early, late, on time. Disappointed we had to pay $5.00 to use the chat option, not nice after spending $2500 on the cruise.

Lose bookings every time you update the APP. It's great you update the app but your bookings go away and you have to reenter the booking and all your personal information again

Had many glitches when trying to book into dinner reservations. Alot of the time the app wouldn't let us book in.

Handy to find out what's on around the ship and what food was being served when. Didn't use the chat. Did not find the maps helpful, perhaps a GPS as direction finder!!
