The app doesn't show me my boarding info at all. Allows me to download the docs.... But the file is a pdf, without a pdf extension or meta data.. So no app on my phone will open it. Amature error on their behalf, really should have tested it (and fixed it allready)

Chat
The onboard chat option is very nice and helps keep in touch when out of port but I had some difficulty dropping service in certain areas on board the ship. When this is corrected I would happily change it to five stars

Terrible. Only works intermitantly. Dinner res. feature lacks ability to choose table or booth. I uninstalled after 2 frustrating days. I'm told it's been up for 3-4 years. Guess their not interested in improving. SMH.

Poor Chat feature on the HUB app.
We just returned from a cruise on the Glory and it was wonderful. The only complaint I have regarding the Hub app is in regards to the Chat feature. Our part of 8 each paid the extra $5 for the ability to Chat with each other and it didn't work 90% of the time. We would get some messages two days later, some of the party wouldn't get the massage at all….etc. this feature was a fail! Not worth paying the extra $5 at all, and we couldn't get a refund on it. Carnival made an extra $40 from us.

App helpful, could be better
Carnival Mardi Gras: Schedule: The app worked well for reviewing the daily schedule and marking activities. However the my planner view needs to be condensed more like the what's happening now view. Photos: Viewing photos worked at first, then stopped working one day, then began working again the next day. Would have liked to be able to purchase digital photos from the app. Makes no sense you can purchase prints from the app but not digital, but once you purchase digital from the Pixels Photo store, you download them in the app. Dining: Would have liked to actually be able to make reservations in advance rather than check-in for dining when ready to eat (your time dining) In app. Chat not reliable. I sent test messages with recipient right next to me, those messages were not received in timely manner, so we didn't try to use it much. Waste of money. Chat should be free with app. Account summary: The way the charges and credits (OBC) were displayed in the app summary was somewhat confusing, the separate folio displays were better, but thankfully the pdf statement was provided in the app, as the pdf was the easiest to understand. Would like to see the drink of the day listed in the app. Would like to see perks for my VIFP club level listed in the app. Waiter tried to tell us Gold doesn't get a free drink on last day after 5:00 pm. Maybe he thought if it was free we wouldn't tip?

It’s okay
With covid you're forced to use the app more which is fine. I'm really disappointed I paid $10 ($5 for me and $5 for hubby) to have the chat feature in the app on board for it to not work.

Carnival Glory
We just spent 14 days on the Glory and the Wi-Fi was sketchy at best. Couldn't connect while in our deck 6 aft cabin. Even when I had a good connection it was incredibly slow. When it worked it was great! It timed out often.

Ease to f use
I felt it was extremely helpful in finding out everything on the ship. However I did not like that you could not buy digital pictures from the app. And actually have to go in person.
