You will loose your money
After hearing alot about this app I'm really disappointed….I bought $690 bitcoin and after been directed to topper payment platform my money was taken and I got no bitcoin….they will place your account under review and customer support isn't doing anything to help

Scammers who took the money and said we are a marketplace and can't do anything. And the support team who supposed to help me just blocked me because I said they are scammers . They told me that I bought from banxa and nothing they can do from there side . Be aware don't use them I lost my money with those scammers

SCAMMERS
I exchanged with them and they didn't send my money. They kept it “stuck” in sending mode. They turned off their live chat. They don't respond to emails. and they scammed over 2,000 dollars.

Do not use this service! I got charged a total of $40 dollars to swap out $100 of Litecoin for Bitcoin so I could deposit into my cash app account! They are nothing but a bunch of damn thieves! This isn't even my worst experience with their service. I had another transaction months ago worth over $300 that got "lost." All they could say is "we'll make a note on your account and let you know when we can recover your funds." DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU DONT WANT YO GET SHAFTED!

It's scam. No matter how they advertise on platforms. Don't trust and do not send any money to them. Transactions take so long to complete (you should be lucky) 1 day or more. And the more the money you send to them the more you will struggle to get your money back It said due to X network condition you should wait. But you can try and see that network is working fine
