Poorly optimized, this app wasted ten mnutes of my already short lunch break because it wanted to load pictures before my actual information that I needed.

I'm having a problem with the app periodically saying my they can't find my username and password ?? I changed my password twice already and this is really annoying. I tried updating, uninstalling and restarting my phone and nothing works.
