App not opening after I activated my dollar card
I would have given a 5 star but how on earth do I explain that I got the USD card and immediately my app stopped opening? Saying failed to open your session. Please work on it.

Good buh There update is slow
Very good for business even there customer support is reliable, only issues that I have with them is that once in a while there utilities stop working such as us card or withdrawals

I couldn’t receive OTP for USD Card
I bought USD card and I tried to use the card to purchase something online in dollars, I was directed to the next page and they said they've sent OTP to a number that ended with 0069, I checked my mail and my phone text messages yet I couldn't find the code, I login and I check the app and I still couldn't find where to see the code, I resent the OTP code again but I couldn't receive it, please where can I see the OTP code?

Unable to use the app
I tried opening the app on my phone and it kept throwing me out, I decided to delete n reinstall but I noticed I need to buy the app to gain access to it. My chipper dollar card is low, I was trying to top it up when the issue started. It's linked to my Apple Store. This is frustrating because I can't download the app, because my card is low. How do I go about downloading the app without paying for this. Very annoying
