Very easy to view, easy to pay,but there is a problem, I used it till last week on Amazon then suddenly after the update it started a problem, you can add the card , clear pay give you the split payment but when add the card a screen come up saying connect to your bank and I guess to approve the one time card then the continue button is light grey and no allow to proceed as normal I reported the issue to support but nothing happened and not resolved, unless they removed Amazon for split payment! Disappointed, please fix this! Thank you

Hard to navigate, harder to understand the policies of. The customer service seemed trained not to give concrete answers to customer questions. Super impersonal experience.

Absolute shambles, they give you credit then take it away. My debit card was misplaced so naturally I had to cancel it and wait for a new one, meanwhile Un-Clearpay offered to pause my payments for 14 days (even though it didn't take 14 days) until my new card arrived, however they immediately began to send me threatening messages telling me about the late payment fees that I would have to pay even though it was their idea to pause my payments and the card issue was not my fault.

If it had ZERO stars I would rate it. Because this app is a scam!! It promises to pay your purchase in 4 installments, but never succeeds, I have already made two attempts and all were refused. I don't recommend it, don't waste your time.

Clearpay sucks. The worst credit app, on par with Klarna. They froze my account so I contacted them asking why, then they locked me out of my account without even replying to me! Edit: Now my account is disabled for some reason but I can't create a new one because I already have one, but I can't log into it because it's disabled, around and around and around again and again and again 🤦🤬 Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague!
