Works okay for most things, but it's absolutely ridiculous that I can't schedule a service disconnect with the app. I'm moving to a new property that Cox does not service, so transferring service does not apply. If you can transfer service in the app, you should be able to disconnect service in the app. Also in my prior move, even though I scheduled the transfer in the app, I was still hounded by two separate sales people on the phone to purchase additional services.

cox charges you for equipment you don't have then forces you to prove you don't have by providing a receipt that you wouldn't expect to keep after turning in all the equipment.

As Annoying as the Company!
If you can't remember your user name, the app prompts you to confirm your identity repeatedly. A kind customer service representative gave me my user name when I had to text for service. I used it to change my password and now I receive messages about an “internal error” when I try to log in. If I could still call Cox I would, but their phone system won't recognize the numbers I enter from my phone. They're trying to force us to use a non-functional app. If Verizon was less greedy, I'd switch carriers… and might yet.
