Disappointing Service
We have to reboot several times a day. Very disturbing. Received a new modem with no real improvement. Had on line chat to try to fix problems this week. Reset system, with no real improvement. Although online with live person, felt was receiving only premade answers to my questions, several of which I received more than once. We are very frustrated. We are not demanding people. Wish for better (adequate) service!

Easy to set up and customer service is on the ready. I have a prepaid account and it couldn't be simpler. No credit check up in 3 days.

you have a lot of nerve raising all of your fees when the internet drops constantly and the cable is ALWAYS buffering. I will be finding other alternatives. $295 a month 8s insane for internet and cable. you should be ashamed for being so greedy!!!!!! cox service is really inconsistent and kind of terrible!!!

My account stated $86 was due by 4/16/24 which Tuesday and on 4/12/24 my account was suspended. Which I'm there is fee to go with this as well🤨🤬 WTH

I called three times and no one can help. There is a ticket open since 4-2
