Horrible! Don't open account with Credit One This company closed my account after receiving the yearly subscription fee said suspicious activity because I didn't send documents of how I paid my bill. If a paying customer is suspicious fine but don't close my account and not refund me and also don't report me as suspicious that's a lie and wrong to my reputation. You guys are the suspicious ones taking people hard earned money. Please don't open an account here they are scammers.

I honestly think that credit one is a good bank and they give you help when needed but there recently added touch google pay doesn't work I've tried adding my card on there over 10 times!! Credit one if you see this please fix the issue thanks

Instead of just going to card information I have to be texted a code. It is slow an redundant. I put my sign on an password all ready why do I need text to. Irritating 😡

They will over charge you in every way possible and decline your payment just to get hit with a return fee and then not give you your money back when your payment was never returned! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE

The app hardly ever let's you log in and even after paying the account in full my balance never showed the right amount.

Was good until this yr 2024 as they refused to update my information and say I have to send my personal information to Las Vegas. Moved to a different state then they just suspended my accounts.
