I can't start session on several occasions, when trying to withdraw the money never get the code to my phone really bad experience with this application.

Been using this app a while. Its ok but prefer nexo. For both returns on saved assets and minimum limits to add to earn as well as fees charged per transaction. Although i would like to do the nft buy side of it but your app is obbsessed with me doing 2fa, this i dont have an issue with on security. But i will never use google authentication its annoying and a complete pain in every way. Put phone or email verification for us or both are required even better. Then i will be able to buy NFT's.

This app goes out of its way to make it harder for you to cash out funds. They like to blame it on bank accounts etc except when I cash out on coinbase...There is no 100 dollar minimum and it doesn't take 3 -5 business days. I'm not stupid. I had 2 stars ..but now dropped it to one because it's asking for authentication and I have that turned off. I don't even know how to get my money. I'm sorry I told people to invest in cro with all this bs in this app. Trust me.... There are better options.

I can't withdraw my cro to my account, I can't see my cryptos anymore and the customer service also likes to keep you waiting. After my visas were hacked, I have been waiting for days for a message from the "specialist" to clarify how to proceed. I hope it doesn't come down to an IT... Your App is broken.. i cant close it as usual, i have close the Tab...

You loose money daily even among the fiat balances. You cannot withdraw from your account unless you: 1. trade your crypto into fiat ( which makes sense ) 2. then you need to deposit fiat into the app via a complicated system, but the method in which u buy crypto from your bank card is not valid I cannot withdraw money, and im loosing balance daily even from the fiat balance ADDITIONALLY, when buying ether from gbp and then sell it back into gbp you lose 8 pounds per 150pound, yet it says 0 fee.

It is a joke I deposited 60$ they won't allow me to use the up down or strike option I bought crypto with it instead thinking I would be able to use the options when it clears. I waited for it to close on the transaction but once it closed it instantly went-60 on my account and told me that I was going to have to give them the crypto I bought ?? I was charged x2 and when I tried to get some help from customer support they said I need to correct my negative balance! DON'T USE THIS APP NO CUSTOMER
