New to this but already have a concern - App was working fine last night but would not let me add funds, I tried 4 different bank cards, every single one first said "error, couldn't process due to technical issues, try again" and then each time after would decline, only once even showing up on a single transaction history with the card, out of all 4 cards & numerous attempts with each. Also now when clicking on the app it's just a black blank screen that never loads.

Really regret moving funds to this platform... Generally easy to use but has a terrible flaw. If you add a "sell at price" order to a given asset, it disappears (along with its value) from your wallet. With this flaw, there is absolutely no way to see your total account value. One could have $200k in one's account or $20k. There's no way to tell. I've never encountered this on any crypto or fiat platform.

I can only say two words for Your support, FK You! Two weeks ago I tried to buy some xrp from the market section. Added a new card and I've put 2000, was supposed to get around 5900 xrp coins. Well, Your system sent those money to my crypto card instead and Your retarded support kept telling me that is nothing they can do about it and kept fkng telling me how to top up my fiat wallet. So I have 2000£ on my visa card, can't send them back or even top up my wallet with them and xrp went up, great
