Card stopped working
Card stopped working. It has been a week and no response from customer support despite multiple follow ups. Spend less on marketing and more on customer support. So frustrating

No AMEX support
No AMEX support. Love the app, but will keep this review until this is changed. I pay for the highest tier sub, and when I used the support function they tell me to use Samsung pay to utilise Amex. I am on an Apple device.

Multiple refunds that become headaches when claiming for Curve reasons, the latest, refund to a card not active or saved in the Curve app.

Cashback feature need improvement
Cashback feature need improvement It should be possible to change the chosen shops at any time. For now we have to open a support ticket to do that. Also higher percentage would be nice, 1% is very low.

"Your ID is out of date". Imbecility! You give very sensitive data, photos of IDs, selfies, ... and then this comes as an answer. Hope very much that was not a mistake...
