If you cancel your account it doesn't give you the choice to reactivate. I've tried for 3 days now to get it reactivated and no one seems to be able to help me

A nightmare to verify. I was told it was so easy... Honestly, I hope it's just me being stupid. I've done everything I could find / think of and it still refuses to verify me. I genuinely hate this app so far.

if I can give no stores I would this app sucks it won't give you your money until the end of the schedule will shift sometimes yes it says up to 24 hours but there's other apps that give it almost instantly this one makes you wait almost 40 minutes to an hour after you clock out and that's the least amount of time you got to worry about it

App is great, when it works... Balance hasn't updated in 6 days, so now I'm screwed without any money. When you withdraw everyday to pay your bills, and all of the sudden it isn't there, it makes for a bad time...

What the hell!! My phone died for good it's junk. I don't have the money to fix it and I need my phone for my job. But I can't log in because the app wants to send a text to the dead phone. I called Fri 4/19 7am explained my problem asked to change the phone to the temp phone I'm using. Submitted my ID & Paystub Sat 4/20 7am as instructed. I was told it would take up to 48 hours and here we are and still nothing. COME ON!! All this just to simply change my phone Number?? I need this resolved!!
