FinanzPlanner and CO2 indicator are once again not functional due to a "technical error". The same applies to the feedback function. Please fix.

Log in again and again
For a few weeks now, the app has stopped remembering my account number. And so the app treats me as if I'm a new user. I get the intro all the time. Pretty annoying!

After resetting my phone, no more access to bank transfer. You have to scan the activation graphic. Great, there is always the message that the same device is already available. Please check. Excuse me?

I have not been able to transfer money for 3 months now, nor can others transfer money to me. No matter where I turn, they just say you can't see why the account doesn't work. In the branch they showed me on the computer on site that there were probably technical problems with my account, but you don't 🙌🤷🏻 ♂️ know which ones, as a customer you are simply left alone with the problem and then it's good for the gentlemen of DEUTSCHE BANK 👎

Settings get lost
Unfortunately, problems have been occurring for a few weeks now, the app "forgets" the settings (FaceID, etc) and if you are on the go and don't have the codes at hand, you are lost! Ran super reliably for years but now?

You will never know your current account. Everything is very slow. Transactions take 3-5 days. You can go to a store with an empty account, but the application indicates that there is money in the account. Lots of problems. I'm going to change banks. I don't recommend it to anyone
