Need some improvement on help and support
Most of the time the app crashes and closes when i click on help and support particularly on message option. Secondly the pin is not working even after changing multiple times

Limited range of notifications
Why doesn't this app actually send me important information when I need it? I get everything from payment notifications to balance notifications but when discover reaches out and requires my verification the app doesn't bother to tell me that discover themselves reached out to me. That's one way to get your account permanently closed down.

These people will close your account FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!! Do not use Discover! They will close your account and take forever to mail you your balance which will cost you money and make you late on bills!!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP for trying to redeem gift card rewards. It is very glitchy and will duplicate your redemption and there's no way to reverse those. Now all my rewards are gone because of this glitch. Also having trouble logging in (keeps logging me back out immediately after logging in) so the app is extremely buggy!

It has been over a week to verify my phone number. I don't know who's job it is to do that, but it's not getting done. Every time I have called in, all they say is "try calling back in 24 to 48 hours". I know you have to feel dumb if every time I call in and ask have you updated my number yet and tell me 24 to 48 hours. Lazy and incompetent.

This app used to be great. But now it's so slow and buggy I'll probably get a new card soon from someone else. I used to be able to see my available balance right on my home screen witha widget. But now it never loads and logging in is so laggy and frustrating that it's not worth it.
