Terrible credit card app
The app is terrible and very frustrating. I have to close the card because the app is useless. It does not remember facial recognition and is very frustrating.

Definitely do not get a credit card that uses this service. I've had nothing but trouble trying to use the app. I'm on my second set of problems trying to access my account online. And you cannot pay over the phone only over the app, which fails frequently. Do not use elan services !!

Unusable 80% of the time
The expectation is it won't work and I'm lucky if I can actually access my account. Very poor experience.
