App functionality
The app works great, I haven't run into any bugs or anything! I do wish there were more charging stations around and the app needs to alert people of the $50 hold charge when you use the charging station without the membership! Other than that it's pretty great.

App has generally worked fine. Downside is only one charging location in the city (Colorado Springs), and the price per kWh 56¢ (Apr 2024) is really high, a little more than 4x rate I pay to charge at home.

I always have to wait about 20 minutes for customer service when their charger does not work. They need to hire locals to make sure all their charges are constantly working and running.

A Charger is Always Broken
Every spot I go to and charge there is always one that is broken or never connects to the car. The customer support is outsourced and terrible. They don't help with anything.

Major Bug
At steady state, this app works great. But when you need to switch chargers, this app hits a major bug. Case in point: I was charging at a 150 KW ultra charging station and wanted to switch to a 350 KW Hyper charging station. When I unplugged from 150 KW and plugged into 350 KW, the app does not want to reflect that. It still thinks I'm at 150 KW despite restarting the app multiple times. I finally had to call customer service to have them do a hard reset on the 150 KW and 350 KW charging stations so that I can continue charging. Please ask this behavior. The app needs to know when the charger is unplugged and plugged into a different charging station.

one charger out of order, waited a few minutes for the next available. charging speeds on the 150KW charger has picked up. normally on my Ioniq 5 it would max out at 122-125, but today it for up to 140kw. got in and out in 25 minutes with 92% charge

These electricity gougers are the reason EV are losing steam. A terrible experience, broken chargers, long wait on support and ridiculous prices is what awaits new EV owners. INVEST IN A GOOD HOME CHARGER!
