Pretty good cash advance app. The problem I have with it is that my credit went up to 100 bucks and then they didn't pull it out of my account for a day or 2 after my payday and then claimed my payment was late and dropped the advance back down to 25 bucks. Which sucks I could have really used that.

Tried to take payment when I haven't had a subscription in who knows how long Edit I will update if I get the refund as promised edit 2 customer service is really helpful I should be receiving a refund within 1-2 business days so for that I will move my rating up 2

It's wrong to give someone 10 bucks especially when I was never late paying you back and you have a whole different balance on my account if I had that amount I wouldn't need a loan

I installed the app and uninstalled the app. I didn't get an advance, but yet they just took $150.00 off of my debit card, plus they are still taking $8.00 a month off my debit card and they haven't approved me for any advance. I don't owe them any money . Plus I uninstalled the app. I'm very upset and I want my money refunded back into my account. Ii am going to report them to the BBB and report them to others.. I have a bank statement showing the transaction withdrawal.

I cant link my PNC acocunt with plaid. I tried months ago and it wouldnt let me. I tried again recently surely thinking this would get fixed but nope. How can plaid just not connect a major bank like PNC? It makes me unable to use this app!
