Great app for what it does, but full features only seem to work in the desktop site. Features like Experian Boost do not seem to function properly on the app.

i was under the assumption that it was app that was supposed to help you build your credit but instead it told me to apply for certain credit cards and then my credit score went down 79 points and I am so sorry for the trust I put into this app because it was the name that failed me

I haven't been able to access my Experian score for over a couple of years now. I got married, and took my spouse's name. I gave documentation to Experian, communicated, but have been met with run-around experiences. It still has my maiden name on my account, without any data for my FICO score, despite my sending in documentation and asking for an update. Transunion and Equifax automatically updated my legal name without even asking.

The app itself is pretty good. I'm only giving it one star, because of customer service. None of their phone numbers lead to human beings. You can only talk to robots. My credit score has dramatically dropped, without me using it. I'm trying to contact a human being. However there are only robot on the phone and they will not give me a human to take to. Very very discouraging.

It's mostly a misleading way to get you to spend money for things that won't benefit you in reality. Credit systems are not all one thing. I can see my score at a number like: 657, fair but not good and have impression I could at least get some credit. Go apply for credit and they say: well, Experian score is 598 and we cannot offer to you. Why? Because they use the score and other factors and it matters not what you boost etc... you may get some benefits or understanding but...

For years it worked just fine....now with this last update, it all went to hell. It doesn't log in most of the time, in the rare moments that it does log in, takes forever and a day. It's terribly slow. What have you done to the app? It's unusable.
