This app will be the end of me .."failed transactions"... but they'll debit you anyways , .....so slow ...why bother ...Thought Bank apps were meant to make our lives easier

What they said about the new update "bug fix and improvement" while infact, the app is now terrible!. Try to log in, all you'll keep getting is 'session has expired' over and over again, hardly before u'll b able to log in. So annoying 😐

All my transactions are hanging and I can't file a report. Deducting 50 on every 2 minutes without giving me SMS debit. Worst app ever😡😡😡😡

Very bad since today being 03/12/2022 it blocked many businesses for me today because I cant login to my mobile App. I have enough gig of Data but it keeps showing me check your data connection since morning. Very frustrating and Annoying 😭😭

The Worst bank i have ever seen Made a transfer since last month they debited me but till today the account has not been credited. And customer service are turning me up and down
