Double debit - reverse still pending since a month ago
Double debit of recharge of 5000 and 1600 took place on 8 Sept 2021 in my account. After I logged in complain, I was told the deductions were for transaction that took place in August. When I checked I noticed similar transactions were already done. Please return my money back. Also, the use of your mobile app has become unnecessarily unstable, even after the upgrade that was done. Please fix or learn from other bank apps.
