Bill pay is extremely behind technically and other features are less than user friendly. However the branch personnel more than makeup for it, if you use the branch.

App is lacking technology. If you cash a check by phone it removes image. So if you want to know what the deposit was at a later date you have no record but a deposit slip. Atleast allow a person to make a memo note at minimum if bank is going to remove your check picture. 5/3rd also limits your ability to down load your past transactions to only 6 months. It would be nice to have 18 months since at the end of the year for taxes I could download the needed transactions. Requested many times.

This bank is Crap
Never have I seen a bank hold my funds this long just to see a person suffer! You are garbage been a customer over a year deposit the same checks every month. Worst treatment of customers ever!

Overall this is a nice app. It's super easy to move funds between accounts, which I love. My only complaint is when doing mobile deposits of checks the app won't take a picture of the check, and I'm holding my phone as steady as I can, FOREVER. I'm having to switch it to manual mode and push the shutter button myself. This functionality was better in the past; not sure what changed.

The app has not worked for me for over 3 weeks this inexcusable for a bank that handles my money. I'm switching to a different bank.

Useless features take up screen space
Agree with others that the old app was better. There should be an option to turn off features that are not used. You constantly have to scroll down to see transactions. Every time I look at my savings I don't need a full screen telling me I need to set a “Goal”.

When I try to deposit my check it keeps telling me endorsement required.. it's endorsed with a black medium point Bic ink pen. Should I be using a red sharpie??

Great app
The app is very useful but please chance the color of the text on the widget. Lime green doesn't show up very well on a gray background, it's hard to see your account balances.

Trash. Update disabled one touch login and now password doesn't work. So sick of Fifth Third having problems and preventing me from accessing my money.
