Fifth Third Mobile Banking - Latest Quality Issues

It's inexcusable in today's world to have such a dysfunctional app for a bank. I can't see when my next payment is due, I had to go through ridiculous paper work via snail mail to set up autopay, when I've linked an account I can't see the balance, the interface is clumsy, and I can't log in with biometrics. There's more, but I've already wasted too much time explaining my one- star review.

The app downloaded even open, it glitches and completely closes when I got to open it.

I like the app. But my one problem I had with this app is that you had to pay $3.00 fee to deposit your money that day.

Crashes when trying to use Face ID
Works great once you're in, but every time I try to use Face ID to login (vs putting in my password manually every time), it crashes.

pp has its pros. But lately a lot more cons then usual in general with 5/3. I been waiting for almost 4 hours to check to see if my deposit has gone through yet or not. Because of aparent matinence. Now this happens QUITE often that I give up until later in the day. But its the fact that its almost a daily thing of seeing a matinence screen when I log in. Please allow access even with matinence atleast...

Don’t buy auto loan!
This has been the worst experience I've had with a bank. I financed with them through my dealership like I've always done with various banks. Figured I'd just register and pay online. IF ONLY I COULD GET A USERNAME AND PASSWORD! The process they have set up to simply log in and pay my auto loan is asinine. They make you have crazy details about your loan to simply register. After trying for over an hour, I resorted to sending in checks by mail because I was so frustrated. Decided to try again tonight, 45 MINUTES LATER and still can't simply view my auto loan. I want to pay you 5/3. Don't make it so hard. Will never bank with I can tell you that.

After hours with 5/3 Customer support, two days in a row the system still is inoperable. Went over to Venmo and was done in three minutes.
