Useless App
Wow, this is such a "vanilla" banking App compared to USAA or Wells Fargo. 5/3 does not even offer deposit alerts and many feature can only be accessed via website, not this App. Does anyone at Corporate even test this App prior to release? Poor excuse for a useless App by a financial institution.

I don't know if it is 5/3 or if it is T-Mobile, but I am not getting impressed. Do better. For instance why can't you combine a balance widget. Chime has all my account in ONE widget, but with 5/3 I need one for my Checking and one for my Savings. Why? Might be better off without 5/3. The name implies going above and beyond, but in practice????

Problems always with sending money through zell limit my transfers and they shouldn't because it's my money other banks allow up to 10000 dollars and you a limited amount that makes me angry

Clunky app. I often have to repeat steps to make a payment. Nothing about this bank, app or otherwise, is easy.

No way to lock/unlock debit card!
There is absolutely NO OPTION to lock/unlock my debit card as needed. It only gives me the option to report it lost/stolen, or to change the PIN or track my new card. This is unacceptable.

Super slow
My main issue is transfers to the bank account. My partner and I use this as a household account and frequently move money to the account from our primary checking accounts. Sometimes it can take a week or longer for the funds to show up. Very disappointing.

i have asked for a new card to be sent to my address since last September still haven't received my new card it is now march and i have had them resend the card and updated my address 3 times to " ensure " its arrival. so whats the deal with that??? why cant i get a new debit card sent to me?
