Updated this to the latest version and now the app crashes on me every time I try to log in. Tried uninstally what I have and doing a fresh install but that didn't even work. It seems like the only way I can log on is through my web browser. Please work out the bugs ASAP.

Terrible service, every time my cards expire there's trouble, can't wait to leave this company that is only good for holding your money, no customer service. non existent.

Used to be a great app, now not so much. Does not matter how hard I try I still cannot activate to receive real time notification for every purchase. That saved me few times in the past from fraudulent activity. Not it not feels safe anymore.

The App keeps crashing. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and continue to get the same error. I really hope Fifth Third fixes it soon.

having multiple problems with the bank and now the app is going to enforce 2 step verification to log in. no thanks I'll be leaving for another bank

Worst banking experience I've ever had. Had a supervisor hang up on me out of frustration because I couldn't stress enough they couldn't help me with security and they never did what they'd say they'd do to assist me. Change banks and don't consider them.

8.15.22 - Still doing this annoying forced review that interrupts functionali Stop asking me to review the app... again. I already did. The notification keeps popping up over basic functionality I need to use. Nag me for a new review, here ya go. Enjoy your one star. Edit - Response: Yes, I do mind. Why would I call and waste my time. Read my review (obviously you didn't), it's all you need to know about why I'm not happy with the app. Your cut/paste response to look like you care is insulting.

This time this app is miserable I'm trying to log in and it just log out I went to the Bank they said they don't know what is problem and I called customer service they connected me to the network team and they said there is no any problem 😏 Now I don't know what to do Before was so good Now it is much more stress 🤯 Just thinking about to open another account with different Bank
