Ugh - not a fan
This app is not a native iOS app, and it shows. The interface is slow and clunky. The check deposit feature (the only thing I care about) is almost unusable. I've had to abandon my check endorsement stamps in favor of writing everything by hand. Otherwise the deposit is rejected as unreadable. How does that even make sense?

Terrible service
Used zelle on Saturday and the other party still hasn't received the money. Will never use your service on the weekend again. Easier to drive to the bank and use the atm and drive the money to someone's atm.

Awful
This app is the worst. Crashes, doesn't load... I have to uninstall and reinstall. Really really awful technical infrastructure and platform.

Not enough explanation of what expenditures were for ( BofA is very complete.). Not always able to sign in.

Web and Statements rarely match
FCB was recommended and it has been challenging at best. The web experience is not comparable to other banks and one still has to walk in the bank for many transactions—in 2022!

The worst banking app ever. Historically, ZERO functionality/access for 1.5 weeks /month. No knowledgeable customer service. And currently no branch support. I have again been unable to access my account or utilized any app function for almost an entire business week AND have no hope for a timely resolution for another 2 weeks. AT THAT TIME I WILL BE FORCED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS AND MOVE MY BANKING ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE WOULD BE AN IMPROVEMENT.

Whatever you do, avoid this bank at all cost. They "Lure" you in to open an account online with a minimum of $50 for free checking no fees... The catch? After the initial $50 is cleared and deposited, they block your access to the app and web login and force you to visit a branch within 7 days or they close the account and send your deposit back 90 days later via paper check in the mail. 90 DAYS!!!! They are crooks and this activity has been reported to the Attorney General. Stay away!!!!!
