It's always down or freezing up which is a big inconvenience especially when I need to check my balance or transfer money, I Uninstalled then reinstalled and it continues still the same thing, I'm almost tempted to switch banks 😡

The app has been working fine but now all of a sudden it crashes on me unexpectedly, even before I can log in.

I signed up for a free checking account. Instead I was given an account that requires a minimum amount or it will charge a fee. The way to avoid this is signing up for electronic statements, which I was under the assumption the entire point of me getting this app and signing up with both email+phone number was for the sake of getting everything done electronically. It seems only for legal reasons. Id set my card to decline with insufficient funds, but it keeps disabling that option days later.

This app shows transaction pending for weeks at a time. You never know whether the amount showing is what you actually have.

Would give a zero if possible! Can't transfer from one account to another, and Zelle never works. UGH! Don't download, find another bank
