The app is malfunctioning this day unlike bfore when transaction was made easy. One can't delete beneficiaries. U can't make transfer easily as it gives error message where as the transfer might have delivered., one can't print receipt anylonger.

I haven't been able to access my app for close to 3weeks now. The finger print option on the app has seized to show.

A lot of improvement had been made but still time consuming. It's frustrating most time when trying to open the app. It takes up to one minute plus and that is not good enough.

I find it very difficult to log in upon say I got lots of data. It will say " network inquiry error" it's irritating abrg
