Very annoying Why should there be a limit to how many times I can activate the app on my mobile phone. Im just tired of getting the same message after reinstalling the app on my phone, it keeps telling me I have reached a maximum limit of 10 This is just my 2nd time.of reinstalling it after an update on my phone software If you can work on it will be appreciated as going to the banking hall is not something I am considering

FirstBank is just useless and annoying. Any time I want to use their mobile app urgently for transaction, it's just not working. It's always "Warning - Network request failed". I have not seen such incompetent organisation like FirstBank before. FirstBank is a total failure.

Kindly reconsider the option to create receipt from the transaction history. That's indeed a great idea. However, the change in the design of the receipt to this current one is not necessary. Many things are just wrong with the design and with this, it should be replaced with the previous design, if the current design can not be improved, as the previous one is far better than this current one. I hope to seeing your improvement on this matter.
