Hate that you can't transfer money after 9pm. I mean that's why we have the app. To be able to bank what ever time we want to.

The whole point of using an app is for the 24/7 convenience which this apparently does NOT support, I needed to emergency transfer some money to my mother's account, which is at the exact same bank, and was told no transfers after 9pm. Fortunately it was not a serious reason, but what if the money was needed as a medical situation or fate to get home from car insurance troubles?? The lack of true customer care is cause to not only delete the app, but to change banks as well.

What kind of bank doesn't have 24.7 option. They keep locking my card every other week, I drive a truck told them when l opened it. Then they still block my cards. So tired of banks

an absolute nightmare. representatives have no idea about this bank and will end chats abruptly after stating that they need to ask additional questions! problems NEVER get solved!!
