When depositing checks by mobile.... it is extremely long process for some reason. Took a week to get the money I needed.

I really don't know why my account is different. Can't deposit check, can't transfer, can't use zelle. This features ain't available for me. Why is that?

Whenever I go to use my card it gets declined. I have to go into a branch each time I want to use my card.

The app is fine, only customer service is not at all efficient, it takes half an hour to answer the phone and in the end they do not resolve and ends the call without solving. If there is a chat, it would possibly be a good option to leave the message and have it attended to as soon as possible, there is no way to clarify for non-recurring charges or fraud.

I had a problem that they took money from my card and to call and clarify the case where they had taken the money I was an hour waiting to talk to an agent who never answered the call

Where are the useful options; Zelle and Transfer? Please go back to the old layout.

It is easy to use and helpful. But one thing I'm having an issue with is I can't update my new phone number. And can't check account on my new phone.
