So I get approved for a gemini credit card and you guys immediately suspend my account with no reason, takes me a week to get into contact with support and they are like oh well you need to verify your identity, by sending us pictures, and use the ID card you registered with, ok so the problem is, how did I not verify my identity when I got approved, honestly completely bs, and second how the F do I use my ID card I sign up with when I live in a different state, I even recieved the card

Worst customer service I have ever had.
Took about a month to get into my locked account and move nearly 10k. Extremely unresponsive support. Either they are understaffed, don't care, or both. Can't reccomend at all.

For a few days now, it has been displaying a warning to update the app but there is no update to do but this blocks the use of the app

Rip Off
Not use Gemini. They charge some of the highest fees in the industry in order for you to withdraw and to purchase all stable coins in bitcoin, they charged almost 50% service fee in order for me to withdraw. I will not be using service ever again.

Send crypto security hold
I'm so much disappointed that the can't send crypto to an external wallet because it was out on security hd and it's been 3 weeks now since I contact support and I did all the selfie verification and they are yet to remove the security hold. This is not how crypto should be
I purchased crypto with my card and want to withdraw to my external wallet or trading account, they hold your funds for 4-5 business days why for? in my bank statement shows that the purchase of crypto went through. Is like if i pay with my debit card at the grocery store and they hold my purchase for a week until my bank process the transaction… doesn't make any sense, just totally abuse from this centralized companies.

After the update, the prompt to update the app continues and nothing can be done. I don't know what to do, uninstalled and installed several times.
