Unable to change my policy
Started calling in June to make sure I was on top of the change. 1st call the lady walked me through step by step. Kept checking on the web site waiting for the change. It never updated so I called again and they tell me I sent the wrong paper now keep in mind the lady walked me through the whole thing. The 2nd time the lady walked me through the steps again. She even took my first payment of 97.00 Now because the 1st attempt didn't go through I'm stuck in limbo. One would think I would have got some call,text, email but nothing. Your call center lady's are kinda rude telling me I did it wrong but I did what the lady told me to do. It's very frustrating. Now I will be late on payment which I includes a late payment and I'm sure will effect my credit score. Would love to talk to someone who can accurately help. Thanks. Betty Kaufman. PHONE_REMOVED. The General has decent prices, but is like an absent parent. I'm hoping I don't need them for anything other then the basic fee to legally drive on the road per my states required insurance guidelines. I couldn't get them to answer me when all I wanted to do was buy their policy. I'll be switching when I can provide the blood of my first born, in one years time, to exit my contract.

I've had this insurance for 4 yrs. they were the cheapest, by hundreds. The next year price went up almost $800, and same the next year. Even had policy paid in full after some issues were Partially resolved the next yr. I really liked easy sign in esp finger print. But this yr tells me my policy lapsed can no longer access it. Also could not get due date changed so I could use auto pay. I could not sign in at all to make payment. I eventually went thru website to pay since Nov. Lots of issues

Y’all gave me a quote for full coverage insurance, but once o made my down payment you guys took it upon yourselves to lower it to state minimum. And refuse to give me my money back

Ever since the apo updated it has not given me a current amount due. It tells me I owe 0.00. It also will not show me a current bill. How am I supposed to make payments on it if it doesn't give me the information I need.
