great account for what u use it for. check cashing savings easy to use I really like using this. sometimes the app will boot me if my phone is running slow. its not a constant thing as of now. great job with this banking app iys much like a real bank!

If I could give this Bank negative Stars I would give it a negative 10!!! The most unprofessional shady bank I have ever dealt with. Account has been locked for two days and I immediately submitted my ID and all necessary documentation two days ago account is still locked good luck getting through to anyone that can do anything I've said on hold for hours with no success. The people that answer the phones or online chat are no help at all, and the two day nonsense is BS because it's way longer

It's a pain in my rear, tired of these mobile phone banking apps that do not even work and will not accept any of my checks and require direct deposit or linking to another dang account. Mobile banking is garbage 👎👎👎

This is the absoulte worst bank ive ever used customer service is no help. Its taken almost 3 weeks to get a expedited card in which they would not allow me any way of getting money from my account until it gets here which was supposed to be within 2 days. Yeah right day 12 now and still no card. Im so upset with this bank no kind of appreciation for the customer at all.

If l had known that it might take up to 3 days after l make a deposit to use my own money, I wouldn't have sent for this card. Now l have $100.00 tide up in limbo. Thanks.

Worst experience ever right from the beginning I was supposed to have a rental car yesterday morning to drive my friend who is dying from cancer all the way from Florida to New Mexico I had to spend fees for different times at Walgreens to add the money to the card once it showed up on the balance immediately everything on my account became locked and now I've made multiple phone calls to customer service the app and anything else I can try and now my dying friend seems to be losing $1,100
