So far this card sucks I made 2 bill payments and donated $15 to fundraiser and it's saying my card has been locked due to suspicious activity then it asks to verify my ID by taking a pic of my ID front and back I do just that and it doesn't accept it then say "oops our bad try again later

The only thing ive had problems with is moving money from one of my cards to my go2 account it doesnt work every time im lucky if it works 40 percent of the time and i DO have money in the accoumt im trying ro move it from.

It don't deserve a star or anything. I've only been bankin with this bank or card or whatever it's suppose to be,for a few weeks but it's a joke if you want the truth bout it. It want let me login in from my phone it tells me to enter a code that has been sent to my email, which is a lie I look in my spam I've looked everywhere I know to look and even made sure that it was the right one and still nothing. I'm telling yall it's more of a headache than it is worth the 2 minutes to download the app

Yall can quickly take money but when I have a refund I cant access my money you tell me I have to wait its processing but u didn't have to wait for a cash app deposit to take money . Holding a 150.00 dollars of mines untill the 28th of October been waiting since August 17 2021

Was forced to switch from Green Dot to GO2. Have installed and reinstalled at least 20 times. App never opens. Never had any problem with Green Dot app. Will take my Direct Deposit elsewhere
