Your automation is so unbelievable I tried to make a transaction on the phone. It stated I would be waiting for 13 minutes. I ended up waiting 25 minutes and still nothing. All it keeped doing was repeating over and over for the full 25 minutes exactly. It's a shame to say other banks have people that can talk to you when you have a problem

The app is ok but i would like to see the screenshots i take when i pay something and not get a black screen of the picture. I need the images as confirmation of payment

Dreadful unreliable app- developers do not notify mac ipad or iphone users that app needs to be updated. Instead a new one-tine password is acquired every few weeks to log in. Check deposit with camera requires Golden 1 app and not available through web login.

Travel and alerts on card feature DOES NOT WORK. There is a feature in the app where you can put travel notifications on your card, dont even bother just call your bank because it will not work. we were left stranded in reno in the middle of the night because of it. Why bother making that feature in your app if it dosent work?
