Another “Can’t add policy” issue
This happened to my wife a couple of years ago, and now I have the same problem. I got a message that I could now add my policy - ok, it was 6 days after I bought it but there was Easter in between. Tried - and failed, with both car reg and policy number. Deleted app and reinstalled, same issue. I'll delete it again and wait a couple of days - I don't need it just now - and then I'll be on the phone and someone very helpful will sort it out. But really, the app should Just Work.

When you go to rescue it says you need to add policy
App has supposedly already has accepted my Policy but gives no details of it., so I have added them again. Then go into rescue section and it says you need to add Policy or verify it but there is nothing to verify it. Policy is through my bank. Is this a poorer service to those with that kind of Policy? What do you do if you need to use it in an emergency. Seems pointless.

Complete ballache trying to view my documents on line
You sent me an email…with a link to my policy….which does not work. I have no idea how much you are charging me or whether this is an automatic renewal…..which i very much hope it isn't. It's kind of deceitful to renew a policy and then say it will take three days for me to view it….when you have sent a ink to view! Actually zero stars at the moment! Call me please

I called for a breakdown for my motorbike that is 16 years old. I was refused due to age of bike. I was quoted 150.00 per 10 miles. I am now sending your policy to every motorbike group in the UK. I hope this will come back to bite you badly. My bike has done 12,000 miles only. You also screwed up my last recovery, which took 6 hours to move my car 2.5 miles. Please be warned that if you cross bikers, you cross your target market. I am so disappointed I won't stop spreading the word. Bye idiots
