I downloaded the app but I finding it difficult to sign up

This app is the worst updates ever, in the previous app I can see my account officer number and communicate directly on any issues and it will be resolved quickly dis new app doesn't have such features nd also in the previous app if I do a duplicate transaction due to error, I'll be notified and will have to wait sometime before performing the transaction again, but the new app will debit my account for each failed transfer nd the recipient wouldn't receive the payment yet I won't see a reversal

Gtbank!!! you guys are becoming the worst bank, why is it that I cannot log in just an account if I log in they will send the otp if I put it they will say incorrect otp what is happening I cannot continue using ussd I will have to switch to another bank
