Great tour but continuing to get charged monthly
I bought this for Hawaii more than a year ago and the audio tour itself is great. However, I've been charged $10 every month since then and have not been able to figure out how to cancel. Calling support takes you to voicemail and you never get a call back. I've deleted my account completely in hopes to stop this monthly charge.

Bought for Kauai - more like driving directions app than guide facts. Often stories aren't connected to your location. If driving same location twice you will hear same audio again. If you deviate from the route, audios will sound disconnected from each other (they aren't universal). Many safety warnings, stupid excitement etc. Imo too much water in general - could be more informative and connected to a current location i'm at. I'm glad most people like it but it's just not my thing i guess.

Costs extra to be accessible
Because I have a hearing loss we had to buy the app twice so that both my husband and I could both listen to it in the same car on the same tour. I need it to be able to be streamed to my cochlear implant but it wouldn't also play over the car system at the same time as other apps do. Even using the same Apple account we were forced to pay twice to make it accessible. Doesn't feel great to have basically a tax for having a disability. Other than that the app was fabulous. Too bad it's not accessible to all without extra costs!

the tap option to "Buy" the tours function doesn't work so I can't purchase the tour!

Never got it to work once I was on the island. Very frustrating and disappointing. The Gypsy I had for Maui was wonderful. This one was useless to me on Kauai.

Needs regular updating, more content and less safety banter
Was using the lake Louise tour and aspects of it were outdated. Plus we passed many scenic vistas that I wished were covered by commentary. I wish the commentary didn't lecture us as much on fundamental common sense topics like dress to the weather, drink lots of water or don't approach bears and other large wild animals. It's a bit patronizing that we have to listen to all this stuff meant for toddlers.
