There are stable freezes (every second) on the city map. I can't understand why. Solve the problem, otherwise it is uncomfortable to play.

I don't understand what's so hard to get about this. Hacker had my account for a long time as I was offline for an extended period. He made purchases. Thus he is the one with your nonsensical "proofs." I was the one with the Kings account and had my castle bound to said account until your team took it away and returned it to the hacker. I've gotten no where with this matter. The process is absurd. (The dev keeps proving my point.) 😒 *THE ISSUE WAS NEVER RESOLVED!*

The game sucks, the moderator doesn't respond, the developers don't care who is how, only money is nothing else, only business, a lot of bots and idiots who laid out money and did not turn on their brains, that the waste is useless.

Quit cold turkey about a year ago after playing and spending too much for 5 years. Such a waste looking back, they purposely designed the game to be expensive and short term so you would have to start over in a new server and spend again. Fun game but greedy devs!! Great people, I miss all my friends the most but had to walk away from it.

The game is fun to play. It is not fair that Asian players get a better discount to buy packs while others have to pay higher. For example USA packs are worth 4.99 while Chinese players only pay 84 cents for their packs. There are way to many hacks and resources sellers in the game and it is unfair.

I've been playing the game for so long, but you just get screwed over by the developers. Just canceling events, even though others were already allowed to participate - really bad action people - it's a pity that you force long-time gamers like me to stop playing this game
