The worst application I have seen in my life, customer service is always stalling, I called 10 times, they transfer it from employee to employee, they are not even interested, I was able to pay 2 times, I couldn't do it after rechnungla, it always gives an error, I can't order it for 2 months.....

customers mean nothing to them 5 months contacting Customer service doing all they suggest, they say it's a shame, but u simply can't use Klarna anymore, we just don't know why! seriously? just like that? all my data is correct, I pay on time, have been using it for years. All that changed is I moved house. suddenly I can no longer order. and no one can tell me why? very frustrating & unjust.. worthless being send from pillar to post, nothing works, and they just say well to bad. Fix this!!

For a while it went well but then they make you pay more in the first installment I talked to an agent and they tell me that they don't know that they can't do anything paying my fees always and to the date they ask you it's a shame but I'm going to uninstall it

I've been trying to buy for more than 1 month and I haven't been able to because it asks to verify the account, I open the chat to ask for help and they don't help at all and they leave me in the same very bad klarna was one of the best apps

App is glitchy and won't allow you to move forward literally. It keeps you on the same screen no matter how many times you try to move forward. Using this service helps when you're in a bind, but the fact it decides when to work and not work makes it feel pointless to use....
