The app is great but the customer support is not so helpful. They locked me out of my account . Wasn't able to pay my rent or my storage unit. So in the end I lost my home and all my belongings because they needed me to submit ID, but they could not comprehend that i wouldn't be able to submit my ID for a max 6 weeks as I was waiting for the ID in the mail. Talked to a few service reps and got same response even after I could tell them my last transaction and amounts.

Something Suspicious Is Happening With The Company
UPDATE: I was contacted by a senior member of Koho (who was lovely and patient) to attempt to help resolve this matter. Seems they're taking it seriously. However, since then, a member of their fraud department has finally responded letting me know that the fraud amount is too high and will require a police report to resolve. Nearly two weeks have passed since the initial report and I'm only getting this info now??? There are clearly holes in the training of client service employees right now at KoHo. It's been over 10 days waiting on the return of $1700 and only now am I being told that there are more steps?! A police report in the manner requested by KoHo isn't exactly the quickest process. Users: if you're concerned about the security AND the resolution of matters like this, I still cannot recommend this card at this time. It's heartbreaking because I really did believe in this company. Will provide more info as this develops. ——————————————- Something fishy is happening with Koho. I was above supporter when they started and am currently enrolled in their top tier offering. I had several fraudulent transactions occur recently and it's been a nightmare to resolve. There's no number to call. Just a chatbot and occasionally overseas agents (it says where they're located in the chat) who send you forms and avoid actually helping. The form to resolve fraud is convoluted and time consuming especially if you've had several fraudulent transactions in a row. They expect you to enter each transaction (time, date, company, amount) individually even if you explain that every single transaction from that day is fraudulent. Trustpilot has been flooded with reviewers experiencing the exact same thing within the same window of time. Extremely concerning and I cannot recommend at this time. I'm still attempting to resolve over $1700.

KOHO is currently scamming me. It's been over 24 hours. I cannot access my money. Absolutely do not recommend. They will leave you stranded and leave you no timeframe on when they can get you your money. I put all my money on the card to make online payments for college and now I can't access any of it. even the people that help are giving automated responses and refuse to answer your questions. Horrible service

They are charging me for crowd rebuilding which is not even registered with a credit bureau they just keep taking my money every month I leave multiple messages for them to call me as they don't have live agents that just answer your calls do not go with this place

Awful- stole $300 from me
There was a $300 hotel preauthorization that the hotel released, yet, 3 months later even though the transaction is settled, and the merchant has verified they did not hold the funds, KOHO claims it is all legitimate. Poor service - no movement at all. Literally a robotic response from them repeating the same thing over and over. Sickening that these crooks can get away with this.

This App is Crapp
Love KOHO but this app sucks!! Constantly logging me out, requiring password instead of facial recognition, it doesn't even work at all on Wifi. It's really just pissing me off.
