Trying to verify and only gives failures
I've been trying to pass the data you ask for for about 2 weeks or more and there's no way and on top of that this morning when you allow me to continue with the requirements they block me in such a way that I can't access anything or the support service! Solution please and fast if it can be ! You are playing with people's money!

Swallowed 22% of my fund
When an error in transaction occurred due to fault of the company. Stating there's a fee for refund, 22% of my holdings was taken as a transaction charge 🫠 I will not be returning. Thanks.

Cant get into account for months
I have not been able to be in my account for months! Everytime I log on, a screen pops up with that my documents will be evaluated, even though im a member for 6 years. I cant get acces to my account and client service isn't helping me. Please do something about it, my username is masvanurk

Overall the best platform I've used for crypto trading, only issue is setting a 2FA security for withdrawals, for whatever reason it doesn't recognize the 2FA I set up

Wow, I do not understand what is going on with the new UI. The last version of the app was much more informative and easy to use. I used to know what currencies are hot and cold. That doesn't exist anymore. My favorites folder used to have more currencies, now that's gone.
