Cannot change payment method
I had to close the account I used to pay my LifeLock subscription and needed to update that info but could not find anywhere to do that!!!

Sign in won’t work
I forgot my password and apparently tried too many times so captcha was initiated. No problem but when the picture verification opens up only partially. Can't go landscape either so one can't press the verify button! Bad programming!

Always having to many notifications ie; your subscription isn't valid? If you don't know that my subscription is indeed paid for then hire someone else in your accounts dept that can do the job. My time is money too!

Ever since they changed the app from the original LifeLock app, things have been terrible. It's terribly unorganized and unintuitive.

I'm still not sure how your password plan works for me. I seem to still have difficulty was noon passwords coming up and how those passwords get into your system. Another thing is that I keep getting info on my PC that tells me my LifeLock plan is due ak nd if they're deducting X number of dollars. Is there anyway you can stop that or advise me somehow to ignore it with safety?

The security lock screen goes out to the right, but it cannot be released because it cannot slide to the right.

No Better
I was really excited when Norton replaced the old LifeLock app (which was so constantly glitchy, it made keeping on top of the service impossible) with its new LifeLock app. Sadly, it's just as bad, if not worse because it's Norton and it should at least be able to handle the tech user-interface part of its service. It leaves one wondering if this is the best a giant tech company can do? An example is how difficult it is, and often impossible, to get it to correctly retrieve and populate credentials from 1Password and then it not permitting manual pasting when it inevitably gets it wrong. So that's the app. Regarding the service, it continually surprises me how long it takes to alert re: charges made many days before. Some of financial institutions report in as close to realtime as possible, so why does it take LifeLock, the monitoring service for which I pay, so much longer? Its actual monitoring seems good in that it has alerted me to some things requiring attention. Hopefully (fingers crossed), its assistance with any needed resolutions and financial protections are as good as it hypes them to be. If not, then the high price and many frustrations with its user-unfriendly interface make it just another tech profit scheme to get your money (capitalism's newest iteration of insurance).

It disconnected me from several accounts. Terribly frustrating and inconvenient. Why does it choose to disconnect half my accounts? I never was notified.
