I don't know what's wrong with this luno app. I made a withdrawal of 2,465 from my Luno account to my bank account and the money has not entered my bank account. I don't want to hear story okay so you guys should fix this unless i will bring a bad name to your app

They are thieves, to deposit money the they charge you 2% of your money and deduct it, to withdraw it, 2% . I withdrew my money hours ago and they refused to credit my account. When you talk to customer care its a robot that answers and when they tranfer you to an agent after wasting your time with the robot, they will tell you they don't have agents on groud to help. Use them if you pluck momey from tress. The NIGERIAN govt need to deal with them for extortion and shut them down.

I had an error with my transaction and sent a message to your customer service it took 2 days before getting a response and over 4 days they've not been able to rectify my issue and refund my money back into my account.

Make una improve these app. No acc verification before sending money. I sent money to paycom thinking it was opay 💔. And LUNO accepted and pay my money to an inexisting acc 😭😭😭
