If there are any fraudulent charges on your account you cannot get your funds back. Just use your regular back card instead. Do not keep your funds in this account.

Not enough pay
I feel that there should be a lower percent of what Lyft take out for these trips, not making money, and this little small town Valdosta. Hard to get 170 rides as well to reach the $2000 mark specially if everything is within a circle here.

Terrible customer service
Very poor customer service. I talked to four representatives all of them were incompetent and rude. Everyone of them kept attempting to cut me off as I was explaining my issue. two of them hung the phone up. I used this card for one day and now I will be cutting it up and tossing it. The card allowed me to transfer over $1000 in one day, but wouldn't allow me to access it due to the small daily limits. Terrible experience.

It's fantastic to have this opportunity in the app for immediate payment. The only issue for me is that its confusing when one can only check using the phone. The other issue is the saving feature is a little non-conventional in the steps.

Horrible Banking, Horrible Customer Service
I had to take an L and go get a real bank . Can never get any real help and consistently getting hung up on by people in another country who don't give to f's about a American boy or his money. Stay Away !!!!!!!!! Go get a real bank or credit union . This is a convenient joke

Rather annoyed. Thought it was great until I changed my phone number That part went well with verification. That's where I'm getting annoyed now it forces text verification alongside biometrics every time. I log in do fingerprint AND text accidentally close the app and login again within a minute it forces another text verification with biometrics

Has many bugs
Stay away from this app. It has many issues and help center are so naive and non-professional. The account will show errors when trying to activate and basically you are not going to have access to your money until a knowledgeable help service helps with the issue.
