It doesn't let me make BTCUSD trades having 300 capital to 0.5 lot What's the problem. With another account it leaves me without problems and the conditions are the same. Verified account. Everything is fine. Nothing different than the other account I have.

USD pairs cannot place buy sell orders. Many suffer for long periods of time but remain untreated

Absolutely terrible, poor customer care
Rubbish customer care is non-existent and when it is it's different people all the time who don't look back on the previous email so don't know the story so goes round and round and round I haven't had any money to play with even though I know CFX have got it for nearly 6 months nowthat's how much trading I've lost because they haven't got any customer based staff who can sort a problem out useless!!
