If I could rate it a zero I would. The app is useless, it never works. You put your log in information and the app shows its thinking but never logs in to your account. I have installed and Uninstaller it multiple times trying to correct it. The website is not a whole lot better. You are only able to view your balance, current transactions and make transfers. The website gives you a choice to look at older transactions but the button never actually works.

I have NEVER EVER dealt with an app as bad as this one. I cannot believe the beaurocrats in Sacramento choose such a badly run company to waste our tax dollars on. I can only access this app about 5% of the time. The other 95% of the time it won't even open to let me view my account. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

It takes me like 2-3 times to log in, and that is using Bionics to log in. To set up your external bank to transfer to, it took some time to see where to go to set it up and to get it sent up. Not a fan and wish the company didn't change from B of A.

I tried to create an account and I find out it was compromised so I had to call the customer service and have my card closed to new card send to me I think they should take better care of the money that is stored on all the accounts they have and be careful of hackers

This app is complete TRASH. Can't even log in. Once it goes to the verification screen and I click my option, it closes and goes right back to the start every time.
