When I need to make transfers, the amount disappears when I put the description and I can't adjust the cents if I need to.

Reliable but uninspiring
A reliable app and some good security features but the app is like all the other Aussie banking apps - lacking in creative inspiring features. Would love to see: - Graphs, graphs, graphs - Customisable payment categories - Re-organise accounts - Hide / Show specific accounts - More Company icons (Apple, Netflix, local cafe) or the ability to choose a icon for payment. - Account Name Icon / Emoji support - Support for Watch complications with live bank balance.

App works, notifications less so
The application itself works as you would expect, to be fair however that's a pretty low bar to achieve. Notifications are late and often incorrect. For instance every day or so I will get a notification that my account is overdrawn, I then check and find it is so far from being overdrawn that I don't understand how I trigger these messages. Notifications regarding transfers are usually at least 30mins-1hr late, other bank apps I have are essentially instant. Just seems like they care less about their app for customers than most other banks.

Demands that I agree to the NAB app having pretty much total access to my phone and data before I can use it. This is completely unacceptable. Uninstalled.

NAB app is excellent. Easy to access, secure. Functional etc. It's NNPL that is a bloody curse. 1. Theoretically, seems OK. 2. Worked well at first with the exception of having to wait days for the app to tally purchase payments etc. 3. Finally, the NNPL account is inaccessible. NAB support is as always excellent with the exception of being unable to remedy NNPL account access which is obviously an NNPL engineering fail and/or architectural design. Love NAB but this is hell on legs.

Worst bank ever. I had a transaction which was fraudulent and the bank claims that your money is safe with them. However when I told them immediately and tried to get my money returned they refused. It is like they are on the side of the scammers not you as a customer. Do not leave your money with NAB. I'm going to another bank ASAP. I will keep this app to warn everyone. Be careful I've warned you.
