NatWest Mobile Banking - Latest Quality Issues

I just switched my personal banking to NatWest because my previous bank, Lloyds, prevented their app from working on my GrapheneOS phone. NatWest's works fine, so that's a big plus. The only negative is that contactless payment is only via Google Pay, which doesn't work on GrapheneOS and would let Google collect data on your purchases. It would be nice if NatWest implemented their own privacy-preserving contactless payment functionality within their banking app.

No mortgage integration
I got the Mortgage from them and they keep telling me that I can manage the mortgage via this app but this app does not have any features to manage the mortgage. When I call them, they confirm that I can't manage my mortgage via app. So please stop advertising that I can manage it via this app.

Credit card missing
Beware, I just updated to this version and I now cannot see my Mastercard account. Still waiting on'Cora'

It takes forever to even get to the login, because it checks online for recent transactions, first! And when logging in online, although it says it will send the OTP to my phone, it goes to the app instead! (Even though it isn't on my phone!)

Capability needs improvement
The app is user friendly and very well designed. However the app needs to be upgraded to provide access to bank statements. Additionally the app clashes repeatedly while trying to pay in cheque. It doesn't succeed in processing captured image of the cheque. NatWest should look into this.

An easy to use app. I have given the app 4 stars because you used to be able to name your different accounts (as you can with other banks), but that facility was taken away. Would be lovely to have it back.

Needs a tweak
A really good app however, the alert functionality needs tweaking. An alert appears for example when you approve an internet payment however, it remains there as unread. I permanently have an alert flag up to read only to find I have 99+ of them. They should only show you what you really need to know. If I have already authorised a payment, why do I need to read it again. In fact I don't read any alerts as a result of all the clutter

Important things to know 
•	There is a maximum of 5 payments totalling £1000 per day. You must be 16+

•	Touch ID and Face ID are only available on selected devices. 
•	Credit score available once opted in through the app, to customers over 18, with a UK address and is provided by TransUnion.
