I used it before and there were no problems. But recently, from nowhere I had to pass verification. I have sent my documents and to the chat, by mail and by the link that was given to me and for more than a week now they either ask to send the documents again or say the quality is not good. I don't understand how I can send a high-quality photo if there is a limit of 0.5 MB?Every time I have to reduce the quality of the photo because the photos themselves are more than 3 MB. And why can't you do all this in the app? In short, I'm uninstalling this app

After update can't log. Support doesnt do nothing.its just bot.and even when you get to human support till they answers you fall asleep or they answers as bot.no relevant help.will change money transfer app for another one
