Add option to lock and unlock credit card

Please add an option to lock and unlock credit cards. This option is only available from the website but adding it to the app (which really is just a front end interface) would be very useful for customers.

Please update the scrolling feature. When there's a change in terms and conditions, the scrolling feature is not present. Therefore, I can't even accept the new terms and proceed to log in. I have to use the browser instead. Id prefer to use the app.

It's broke again. It pulls up a disclaimer and won't let you login. It started again after the recent update.
